IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FILLING THE ONLINE FORM

1. Online Forms will be available only for the Std, for which the admissions are available.
2. All fields marked are mandatory.
3. After submission of enquiry form you will receive username and password which can be used to check the status of the form.
4. Submission of Application Form along with form fees of Rs.500/-is mandatory as only the enquiry form will not be entertained.
5. Submission of application form without payment of prescribed fee will not be entertained.
6. Fill the information of Father and Mother in the field Guardian 1 and Guardian 2 respectively.
7. Be very careful while entering the Email Id and Phone number
8. Keep scan copies of the following documents of the child handy before filling the form Original Birth certificate. Aadhaar card if available Soft copy of the child's recent photograph
9. Recheck all the details carefully before submitting the form.
10. Please download and print the submitted form for further admission process
